Elder & Sister Crisp are called to serve in the Chuuk state of Micronesia as CES missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
That's a lot of missionaries. guess you need that many with all the conversions.
I'm so overwhelmed and happy to see my son (Elder Telona) doing such great work and being part of the Marvelous service being done in Chuuk. Please pass our Love & Aloha on to him....from his 4 sisters, mother, father, bro-n-law & his loving & growing nieces Makana, Ma'ne & JJ.......and pls tell him to write or email. We hadn't heard from him in almost a month. BUT we certainly understand how much work he's busy doing :) .....Mahalo Nui Loa, Sis. Lehua Telona....(although this post states its comment is from Elder Mika Telona jr., please know that I'm not able to keep up with his blog page I initially created so, I'm just going to continue to read & comment on others page.)
Don't blame your son for not emailing regularly. The Elders on the other islands are only coming once per month now, for their shopping and Zone Conference. He should write to you in the next few days. President Mecham will be here for our conference as well. I will make sure he emails you! He is a great young man! Good job!!
Thank you so much for your help certainly appreciate it. I don't think my son realizes the opportunity we have to stay in touch with him even if its not directly with him. Technology is so important now a days it certainly plays a huge part in staying connected with our Missionary Son. Please again pass on our love to him & tell I'm we certainly understand why he hasn't been writing.....in August alone, 144 baptisms....Chuuk alone had 44 of them? Yes, we surely understand service comes first and he's been tremendously busy. Mahalo Nui Loa for your help and we will be waiting patiently to hear from him.
